Married to her best friend, 2 beautiful daughters, loves her Mom and siblings, and misses her Dad (who passed away in 2016)

Janine is a paralegal for the King County Prosecutors Office, where she started in the Family Support Division with the mission of helping families be more self-sufficient, advocating for the well-being of children, and helping connect parents to community services. She also worked in the Therapeutic Alternative Unit, a diversion program working with Veterans and the mentally ill.
 
Janine and her husband Mark have been married for 30 years and have two beautiful daughters, Maria, 23, and Elena, 22, who were adopted from Bistrita, Romania at the age of two. Maria has special needs, and they have been blessed to be involved in several programs and organizations in the community that provide resources for children and young adults with special needs. 
 
She has a big heart for children in need and believes everyone can live to their fullest potential given the right tools and support. She understands the importance of community support and is excited to bring the work of Seattle Angels ​to families and children in need.
