About Me
She’s a natural helper, in every way. She loves taking care of others, surrounding herself with friends and family and has a love language of cooking, sharing good wine, and bringing people together. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Lori, enjoying time with her family, planning her next big adventure, and exploring with her husband all that the West Coast has to offer on her Harley Davidson.

Lori Prutsman is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Integral Coach®, and
founder of Lori Prutsman Coaching, where she is known as “The Burnout Coach.” She
helps high-achieving professionals and leaders prevent burnout, reconnect with what
matters most, and create more fulfilling lives and careers.
Before becoming a coach, Lori spent nearly two decades in corporate recruiting and
leadership roles with companies including Amazon and Booking.com, where she
managed global recruiting teams and helped organizations attract and develop top
talent. While successful on paper, her own experience with burnout led her to a deeper
understanding of what sustainable success truly requires—and ultimately inspired her
coaching practice.
As an advisor to Seattle Angels and a Love Box volunteer, Lori contributes her expertise
in coaching, burnout prevention, volunteer engagement, and networking. She is
passionate about supporting the staff, volunteers, and community members who work
tirelessly to create brighter futures for children and families.
Lori believes in supporting vulnerable children and their families. She’s done that
through volunteering at Sibling House and serving Community for Youth for over 6 years
as a hands-on mentor and mentor recruitment and training. She is honored to serve
Seattle Angels and help advance its mission of creating lasting impact in the community.
