Caley’s connection to foster care began in high school when her family became a foster family. As the oldest of four siblings in a family built through both biology and adoption, she gained early insight into the unique challenges and deep joys within the system—sparking a lifelong desire to support children and families experiencing foster care. A former Love Box leader, Caley joined Seattle Angels in March 2025 and stepped into her current role in May.

Caley lives in Mukilteo with her husband and two energetic (and slightly dramatic) dogs, Scruff and Milo. Together, she and her husband have fostered 10 children, primarily through respite placements. Through that experience, they saw firsthand both the challenges families face and the difference a strong support system can make. They continue to support children and families experiencing foster care by helping fill the gaps that became increasingly evident through their own fostering journey and by building the kind of connected, caring community every family deserves.
