Caley’s connection to foster care began in high school when her family became a foster family. As the oldest of four siblings in a family built through both biology and adoption, she gained early insight into the unique challenges and deep joys within the system—sparking a lifelong desire to support children and families experiencing foster care. After earning her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, she spent a decade building trusted relationships with patients and families during vulnerable seasons of life. A former Love Box leader, Caley joined Seattle Angels in March 2025 and stepped into her current role in May. She has completed a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership through the University of Washington.
Caley lives in Mukilteo with her husband, teen daughter, and two energetic (and slightly dramatic) dogs, Scruff and Milo. Together, she and her husband are licensed foster parents who are committed to building a more connected, caring, and committed community.
